Sozu Capital

Merchant settlement, revenue in USDC, revenue-based credit — one dashboard for payments and growth (Year 2+)

Sozu for Business

Sozu for Business is the merchant-facing stack for receiving payments in stablecoins (USDC), managing revenue, and accessing credit. It is part of the Year 2+ strategy: after we earn distribution and trust through NGO microcredit and recipient wallets (Year 1), we expand into merchant settlement and revenue-based credit. One dashboard, one USDC balance, yield on idle funds, and (later) payouts and offramping through fiat bridges and Sozu Anchor.

Overview

  • Receive payments in USDC — Customers pay; merchants receive USDC in their Sozu Business Wallet with instant settlement.
  • One balance, one transaction list — Revenue tracking, categorization, and export for accounting.
  • Payouts — Pay providers, employees, or vendors from the same USDC wallet.
  • DeFi yield — Idle balance earns yield in a high-yield liquid vault; Sozu earns a share of yield, not rent on transactions.
  • Revenue-based credit — Credit that scales with wallet payment history and trust, not traditional credit checks.
  • Fiat bridge aggregator — Off-ramping (T+1/T+2) as we aggregate fiat bridges and move toward anchor readiness.

Same stack as the NGO dashboard: programmable dollar payments, transparency on-chain, and yield by default. Every design choice (wallet, dashboard, APIs) is built so merchants get a complete stack: receive, hold, yield, offramp, and (later) pay and get paid.

When It Ships

Year 2 in the development roadmap: expand from aid distribution into local commerce. Year 1 focuses on one NGO, one country (Argentina), and the recipient wallet + offramp + repayment tracking. Merchants and business dashboards follow once the foundation is live.

See Overview for the full strategy (Year 1 / Year 2 / Year 4) and How It Works for the flow from NGO to wallets and offramping.

Getting Started (When Available)

  1. Create your Business Wallet — Self-custodial USDC wallet; passkey/MPC; same security model as Sozu Wallet for recipients.
  2. Receive USDC — Accept payments from customers or donors; instant settlement on Stellar.
  3. Track revenue — Dashboard shows inflows, categories, and exports for accounting.
  4. Earn yield — Idle USDC in the vault earns yield automatically.
  5. Access credit — Revenue-based credit using wallet payment history and Trust Score.
  6. Offramp — Withdraw to local fiat via fiat bridge aggregator; future Sozu Anchor for direct on/off ramp where regulation allows.

Philosophy

  • Non-custodial — Merchants keep control; we never custody principal.
  • Transparent — On-chain USDC, Stellar Explorer links, clear audit.
  • Merchant-centric — We earn on value-add (e.g. yield share), not on rent.
